I believe it is the windows Remote Desktop connection. It says you can take access of another pc running windows on the same internet or network. I never seen this before.

I have my email set up on my mail app on my iPhone. Here recently it asks for me to re-log into my email address. Before I never had this problem unless I changed my password. I re-log in and everything is fine but will do it again in a week or so. Just wondering what causes this or how to fix it.

Before iCloud was there a feature that would save data from your phone to a app or cloud service. That you could login to from a computer or new phone and still have access to your data.

I mean in chrome settings under auto fill it has addresses saved. All mailing addresses. I didn't save these there or was never asked to save them. I was curious if chrome automatically saves your addresses you enter for example when you purchase a item online.

Does google chrome save like your home address and name automatically. I noticed when I was looking around in settings that a few addresses were saved there. Probably from ordering products online. But does chrome do this automatically without a prompt?

Yeah that's what I thought but several people have complained about it happening to them. That's why I asked.

This is not as specific as my previous post. I'm just curious is it possible and how. Read multiple threads about it and just don't see how it happens. So asking if anyone else does or if it has happened to them. Maybe google has update their security settings and it used to be a issue.

If 2 people share a computer and each have their own chrome profile and google accounts. Is it possible that when the other person uses the computer when your profile is still signed in and they try and login if your passwords and bookmarks merge together? I read that this has happened on google...

It isn't a company phone it was just my personal phone. And I connected to the gmail work account through a webpage also. But I was asking if a new machine connected to their email system through webpage or however if that gave them some kind of access.

If you use your personal smart phone to check work email does that give your employer access to your phone? And if so how? I keep reading articles about employers monitoring employees phones.

So iCloud is about the only option at this time.

Does anyone know if you can sign into safari and create bookmarks and passwords and then use that login on another pc or tablet etc and get the same information you saved on the previous machine. Kind of like how google chrome works?

For some reason there is a file in google drive labeled under his email and it was dated around the day the new employees email was created. That's what made me think they changed emails name. But maybe they had to do that to reuse the position. To not take up more space. I'm not aware how it works.
