Yea I did that, it's just a common problem every customer has. Many folks have complained about it so they just insist on using their mobile app instead of actually fixing their site.
Funny enough a couple months after this thread was started my electric company switched up their website. Now after I sign in the page will go all white and I have to refresh for it to load. It does it on all PCs though.
I have an ATOTO in my Mustang, had it a few years now. It's basically a huge pain in the rear lol. I'm going to move to one of those Carplay standalone units and 3.5mm out to my amp.
I don't really have anybody to share this news with so I'll put it here.
I just scored myself a mint S462 DFI Lanparty with the more rare KT400 chipset. It is unfortunately not the NF2 Ultra B but I didn't even know they existed in KT400 flavor.
I have dealt with chronic back pain since I was 18, and various hand/wrist issues/pains for the past 10 years so I can kind of understand what you're going through. Not being able to do certain things with my children has taken its toll mentally, but I can agree that getting out of that...

You can simply right click on my pc and go to properties. The first screen will tell you if it's SP1 or not. 4.8 is a standalone installer, shouldn't need 4.0 or various subversions under it to install. It simply replaces them as it's backwards compatible back to 4.0 APIs.
If you do have SP1...
It all depends on what needs to be done on the spare monitors. Theoretically, you could do 2 or 3 outputs off a motherboard and use a USB video output to the 4th. If you use something cheap like a 13400 with a decent IGP you can use Quicksync for the OBS encoding while outputting to 2 or 3 monitors.
Downloading and installing 4.8 should resolve this issue.

You are choking that machine by using 32bit as it has 8GB of RAM. You should do a fresh install so you are able to utilize the full amount of RAM available in that computer with a 64bit OS.
