Imaging and AD

I work for a large company and we are scaling at an incredible rate. We can currently only Image ~ 30 computers an hour and we have to have a throughput of 140 an hour by the end of the year.

My question is would there be a way to push AD accounts to the computers based on Serial number? Or I can set up a static IP by port on our Cisco switch and then could they be assigned?
Even if this is a hack how could this be done and how?

So is your concern precaching profiles or bandwidth utilization? What do you currently use to image?

If you are concerned with precaching profiles you can create a script after the PC is imaged to pull the ad credential that needs to be cached and have the script log in.
