How much faster is GPU folding over CPU folding? If I do it, how much more WU's will I finish? What about the points per WU?

The GPU client is twice as fast, from what I see, compared to the regular clients. If you have a powerful ATI card, you can push out 2 WUs per day. Each WU from the GPU client, is worth about 300+ points.

I believe the GPU client only supports series X1600, X1800, and X1900.

yea its only x1600/800/900 series. I want to see how my x1900xtx can do...

So if I fold with my 1600, will I get more points in a certain timeframe? If GPU WU's are 300 points, CPU WU's are worth way more.

EDIT: NVM, I've done 2 CPU WU's with 300 points total. So if GPU is faster with one WU @ 300 points, should I set up GPU client instead of the CPU one?

The regular GUI and console CPU clients, aren't worth much more, than the GPU client's WUs. Give it a shot. That graphic card should be faster, than your CPU.
