Ran a scan with adwcleaner and then removed anything it found.
here is the log, anything I should be worried about?

Nothing to be worried about with that log, nothing there, was only them 4 things that needed deleted so its fine

Would still suggest running MBAM, as well as HiJackThis and posting those logs as well just to make sure.

And check your proxy settings in Internet Options.
