How do I go about changing the Machine ID.. I have looked under the configuration options and thus online for support but to no avail. I'm looking at the interface of the Ver.7 Client under Configuration and preferences and nothing evident stands out. Where will I find the option to change it.

Hmmm.. I'm still mainly using v6 in *nix... But it might not be possible now.

You can always try deleting the slot, and making it again.

I've been on the for4ums at the Folding forums, and their is literally no work available for the configuration of the PC. Basically the Hardware is too old and dated.. Even the Chrome Web Browser isn't supporting the System due the the Minimum specifications required.

I've looked every were for the Machine ID, but couldn't find it.

If you could check up Patton I would really appreciate it, just in case its a problem with the configuration of the client after all.

The System Specks are:

1GB of DDR RAM.
Windows XP Home Embedded
Nvidia GeForce 5200FX (I know that is not a supported Card)
AMD Athlon 1.2 GHz, Single Core, Single Thread ..

I've looked and v7 doesn't seem to have the machine id section anymore.

Once again, you are connection according to the log, there's just no work for it.
