Any one got any ideas on whats the best app too minipulate pictures or have some fun with pictures and or Videos?

The best? PhotoShop obviously. Not free though... for free, look onto GIMP or Paint.NET for photos.

Vidoes... Adobe After Effects or Sony Vegas.

Thanks for that, I'll look in too it when I want too spend some time playing around with photos ECT: How hard is it too minipulate Videos do you know and I was also curious if anyone could answer if its done alot by people as in minipulate Videos and Pictures. I saw a Video on youtube the other day and I watched this bloke minipulate Videos and pictures but wasnt sure if it was common, seemed really sweet the effects and how long as in next too no time it took.

Photo shopping pics is pretty common and with a little practice it goes pretty fast depending on how much you change. Video's I can't really comment on but I'm sure it's a lot more to it than a still photo.

It seems too me Photoshopping Pictures and Videos is pretty common. Especially when you look at the world of online Porn.. Its a sad world I know but but that's life I guess.
