Company that owns others?

Hello, I'm maximo5 and I have a question.
I'm currently into registering a corporation business with two friends, but we already have this hosting website.

I was wondering if, the company we are going to register owns our hosting website, does it make a corporation too?

For example : we had website blabla selling hosting.
Then we create site for corporation which owns the selling hosting website.
We register corporation site as official and does it make the hosting website a corp too?

a website isn't a corporation. if it is i would be owning way too many corporations.
