Desktop Lag

Anybody have problems with general desktop lag while folding 100%? Seems nothing I do fixes it and I can't fold if my PC is going to stutter just on the desktop switching between windows.

Edit: Currently I have fixed it by simply putting another card in my main rig. If I could, I would want to fold on that too if I can get past this lag issue. I can fold on the second card and all 4 cores no prob, but if I fold on the main card it's like trying to play Crysis 1 on a 6800GT maxed.

Crap, missed this sorry, but ensure that Aero is on. It takes the lag out for some reason.

Yea I get lag all the Time, but then again when you are Folding on older systems then its to be expected. At the Minute I'm Folding on 4 Michines, and still averaging Crap PPD. As I've had issues with the Q6600 System and the so called Friend I bought it off. So for the time being I'm Folding on my own systems. In reguards to the lag, I have two Desktops wich is purely for Folding, as lets face it when you try to do anything else, you simply cant!
