Strange trojan/virus and HijackThis log

[ultimate]

Hey guys, I recently was infected by a trojan/virus or whatever it is. I think I got it from watching a free movie website. Anyway, Spybot, AVG, and Malwarebytes picked up some small problems but this main issue is still present.

When I turn on my computer, everything works fine. After a while (could be several minutes or ~1 hour) the taskbar changes to a classic style with white color. But the Vista start menu icon is not changed. Also, as time goes on, all windows applications open with this same classic style in white color. Lastly, about once ever 1.5-2 hours, a random instance of firefox will open and start going to a webpage that is clearly an ad. Such as celebrityblahblah.com or quizblahblah.com. It attempts to go to that page for maybe .5 seconds and then instantly switches to my firefox homepage, which is google. So i'm browsing the internet, new window opens, tries to go to an ad website for .5 seconds, then immediately goes to my homepage and I'm left with whatever webpage I was browsing before, and a new window of firefox open to my homepage.

Any help would be appreciated. Here is this hijack this log: I'm not sure why it only shows those processes. I currently have 62 processes running...

I also forgot to add this: Yesterday, Firefox would not open at all. Occasionally (since this issue) Firefox won't open but is running in the task manager. I end the task and try again and it opens. Yesterday however, Firefox would not open no matter what. I tried renaming the .exe file but that still didn't work. I had to re-install firefox for it to work again. Although it still fails to open sometimes in which case I have to go into the task manager, end the task, and open firefox again.

Update: As time goes on, everything takes on the "classic" look. If you look at my screenshot above, you'll notice that the bookmarks and File Edit View etc. looks normal. Now that entire area looks like the "classic" theme. I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a look at the log and tell me if anything is wrong. Thanks.

You need to run Combofix and MBAM in that order and post their logs along with posting an updated HJT log. I see nothing on your current log that screams out.
